The Neuroscience Peer Review Consortium (NPRC) is pleased to welcome NPP – Digital Psychiatry and Neuroscience as its newest participating journal.
NPP – Digital Psychiatry and Neuroscience focuses on the growing role of digital technologies and computational approaches in understanding, diagnosing, treating, and preventing psychiatric disorders. The journal publishes research spanning artificial intelligence, machine learning, bioinformatics, wearable and smart devices, and other technologies that enable objective, longitudinal measurement of brain function and behavior.
A particular emphasis is placed on translational research that bridges experimental models and human studies. By encouraging the use of objective measures that can be applied across species, the journal aims to improve the predictive value of preclinical research and accelerate the development of more effective treatments for psychiatric illnesses.
The journal’s participation in NPRC supports the consortium’s mission to improve the efficiency of neuroscience publishing by facilitating the transfer of peer reviews between participating journals, reducing duplication of effort for authors, reviewers, and editors.
We look forward to working with the editorial team at NPP – Digital Psychiatry and Neuroscience and welcoming their contributions to the NPRC community.
